Born in Thailand, Dian grew up in a family that faced many hardships, helping her parents care for her siblings from a young age. It was in Thailand that she met Leluk, and their journey together eventually brought Dian to Singapore in the 1980s.

With little money and unfamiliar with the language and culture, Dian turned to what she knew best — cooking.

Seeing Thai construction workers who were homesick just like her, Dian began cooking Thai meals and delivered food by a small van with one simple wish: to give them a TASTE OF HOME.

After saving enough, they opened a small shop at Golden Mile Complex — Singapore’s historic “Little Thailand.” Starting with Thai noodles and handmade sauces, their humble shop gradually grew into Diandin Leluk Thai Restaurant.

Through decades of ups and downs, one thing has never changed — Dian’s belief in making authentic Thai food from scratch, with heart. It was a journey filled with love, laughter, struggles, and countless ups and downs — a place where people came together, shared good food, and created memories that would last for generations.
